La agencia basada en Huntington Beach, se alzó con un bronce en la categoría de Diseño
Curro Chozas, creative director of Grupo Gallegos, shared his impressions with PRODU after learning that the multicultural agency was awarded in the 55th edition of the Clio Awards, the prestigious awards created to recognize international advertising. The Huntington Beach-based agency won a bronze in the category of Design, by Grandson, husband, daughter, for the Alzheimer’s Association.”We are excited by all the awards the campaign is getting. It was definitely a team effort. Saul, Pablo, Maggie, Zac, Carlos, along with Reino in Buenos Aires, we had fun thinking it and executing it, in addition, we had a special satisfaction since the visual pieces are being used by the scientific community to illustrate one of the latest advances in this terrible disease”.According to the idea man, the pieces are inspired by one of the conditions experienced by Alzheimer’s patients. “Recent studies suggest that Alzheimer’s disease directly affects the vision, distorsioning what patients see” he said.”Beyond the awards, it is an honor for us to feel that the idea is really meant for something within the scientific community. Moreover we love being able to get to the agency and to the market the first Clios and lions of its history in the Design category” concluded. The gallery with the winning pieces will be open from September, 30th to October, 2nd at The Westin Times Square, New York. For more information visit: {CLIO Awards;www.clioawards.com}.
